Great building which houses the tombs of many great French citizens. Victor Hugo, Voltaire and Marie Curie are three of the most famous. A clock in the centre of the building is fascinating, with a pendulum hanging from the middle of the dome. A must visit, I have visited Paris on many occasions and have never been before. I will certainly be going again.

The Pantheon is a spectacular building. We did not do a tour or go inside, but the entry is a nice visit for its architecture and its view on a hill that looks toward the Eiffel tower. The surrounding area has some nice photo ops and many other examples of architecture. It is an easy walk from the Seine.
