A building with an interesting historical background. It has beautiful interiors featuring columns, paintings & sculptures. The mausoleum houses the tombs of many great French citizens including Victor Hugo, Emile Zola, Voltaire and Marie Curie. The Pendulum hanging from the centre of the dome is in a lovely setting & quite fascinating.
Thank you so much for your kind review!
This was another beautiful testament of historic architecture. U dont need alot of time to visit. I do recommend the audio tour. I didn't but feel like it would have been worth it.
Thank you for your kind words!
Very impressing and huge building on a big Rondell. We didn’t go in though. The quarter itself is rather quiet. There are no restaurants or bars directly near by.
