It's hard to imagine visiting Paris without going to the Louvre - it's such a must-see, and it really lives up to that. It's a vast collection, and there's so much more to see than the usual tourist traps and the quick route to the Mona Lisa and out again. I did use the audioguide facility on the phone app, but found it a bit limited and sometimes quite annoying - your position doesn't match up to the map, and it doesn't give you proper tours, so it doesn't help navigation. But it's helpful in that it gives you some extra information about some notable pieces. I had a light lunch in the Cafe Richelieu-Angelina - I had a glass of champagne, a croque monsieur, and then I had the patisserie that is the special chocolate pyramid shape for the pyramid you're overlooking. The cafe is expensive, but very enjoyable and part of the Paris experience, so I thought it was worth it.
